"The room, surrounding, beach and pool where well-kept and maintained. However there isn't much to do outside the compound as it is away from local shops and downtown. Generally friendly staff, although I did had a distasteful phone interaction with one receptionist while reporting an incident in our room, but after insisting that it has to be dealt with, management stepped in and rectified it. Overall My wife and I had a good and relaxing stay."

"The location to Atlantis was excellent. We found a few grocery shops nearby. There was a restaurant close by as well as a Wendy's and Dunking Donuts. The staff at the hotel was friendly. They assisted in arranging transport for our group which was 20 people large. The complimentary breakfast was a bonus."

"Gorgeous view, ice cold a/c, friendly staff, great breakfast options. Much quieter at The Reef with a lovely pool and beach. Only disruption to a perfect vacation was a running water issue on one of the days. Cannot wait to return!"

"Two restaurants that were stated online to be open : Sip Sip and coco drillo were not open when we arrived. The toilet was not cleaned after our first night. The front desk person Beyoncé was great when we arrived and when we departed. Very professional and very pleasant and always had a great smile to deal with. All the employees should be like her!!!!"
