“I would not recommend this hotel. While it is on the ocean with good views the state of the hotel needs major updates. The property has mass of broken concrete and debri to the side of parking lot that does not seem safe. The beds were comfortable.”

If I have any criticism, it would be that breakfast was stated to be available from 0730 - 1030 daily. One of the mornings we had an early ferry to Nantucket and were expecting to be able to enjoy the breakfast before we left, but the front doors were still locked which essentially make sense since the front desk does not open until...

“The entrance had a smell of mold; carpet was all ripped up. Room was old. I would never stay there again or recommend anyone to stay there. Worst stay I have ever had, if fact I did not stay, I went to another hotel. ”

“We only stayed for 2 quick nights, but the property is lovely and impeccably maintained. The fact that the owner, Phil, is onsite and shares his personal cell phone is great. They also share a different text line for any needs that arise during your stay. We were able to get to various parts of the Cape for meals etc very easily. The pool was closed as it was off season, but they have a great area with a fire pit and several Adirondack chairs that was a nice bonus. Would certainly return to this...

“This hotel is in a great location, has plenty of parking, and the room was big. We traveled with kids, and were not told that the pool was under construction- first disappointment. The customer service at front desk was disappointing for the most part. Rude and entitled, no hospitality. True to form, the NE stereotype was on full display.
