Great hotel, with amazing service and very good facilities but if you are looking for a nice beach this is not the place - the "swimmable" beach is very small and full of rocks. Food is good but too expensive.

When we booked there was only 1 review, which made me leery. However it proved to be the nicest place we have stayed in and around Los Cabos. This was a our 6th trip to the area and this place was wonderful.

This was the most amazing property I’ve ever been to for every reason. There was natural and architectural beauty, the rooms were amazing with huge ceilings and floor to ceiling windows, and a plunge pool. This is the first time I’ve actually spent quality time in my room. The food was fabulous and the service top notch everywhere. The room was beautiful! Quiet part of the beach. The bed was Very comfortable. We were greeted w/ a lovely cheese, cracker & fig platter! The Restaurant was very small & perfedt! The breakfast every morning was so delicious! Mostly we love the Family who owns this beautiful little Hotel! They are there all the time to answer any questions for you. Love this place!

I absolutely loved the atmosphere, friendly staff, and the property felt empty even though it was almost fully booked. Shout out to the Marea restaurant staff. The pizza and tacos were amazing! Sushi was fresh and delicious. Mezcal has the best cornbread and smoke butter I have ever had! Carlos was an amazing host and arranged everything from reservations and transportation on property and off. But the real reason we came was for the beach! Great location, great Staff, overall wonderful experience

Hidden gem! This place is so cozy and close to the square, market and the art show that the plaza has on Thursdays. Great staff that is so friendly and very helpful. 10 out of 10! I will be coming back in June with my kids.

At first I was a bit nervous as it was not a traditional hotel but the experience was exceptional. We wanted more of a family experience and we got just that. The place is really well kept. The staff was available at all times, though we really didn’t need anything. It was nice and quiet. There was construction near by but we didn’t event notice. We took Ubers everywhere. It was supper cheap. Less than $5 a trip. We enjoyed Cabo San Lucas a few days and San Jose on others. Definitely recommend...

Fun and Luxury Get Away

We enjoyed our 4 night stay immensely. This is a jewel of a place. We had an oceanfront room on the second floor with a good sized balcony. Very well appointed room. The service was great, the people so friendly and helpful. The restaurant is outstanding, with great food and a large staff. It seemed like we had 4 or 5 people waiting on us. 10/10 in every way. If you need something, look over your shoulder and you will likely find it. If not, you will find a friendly staff member who will happily to help. The eclectic art is fantastic, and there are so many thoughtful and luxurious touches throughout the property. The whole place is a next level vibe. Loved it!

All Casa Natalia employees were friendly and helpful. Check-in was easy and they told us where we could park our car. We enjoyed our little patio in the morning. A few weeks before our arrival they helped us schedule a COVID test. The doctor arrived on time, as scheduled, and it was an easy process. Wonderful staff! Perfect spot ! rigth next to everything.

Amazing stay! The entire property was extremely clean and well maintained. If you are looking to stay away from the louder ‘party zones of Cabo’, but still want to be in walkable distance to that and the marina, this is the spot. The entire staff, especially Jose went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and ensure we had the best stay. Very attentive, highly recommend. We will definitely be back!

We were thoroughly impressed with our stay here. We have stayed at “better rated”(just on Expedia) properties in Cabo and the Zoëtry was by far better for us. Our top qualities were heated pools and a hot tub (we always go early in the year and it can still be chilly so this was incredible!). The hotel was beautiful from the moment you walked in to the sleeping accommodations and the swimming pool resort area. The ocean views and private beach access was fantastic. One of the best customer service is experience we’ve had so far. Everyone was attentive and paid attention to detail.
