'Alohilani Resort Waikiki Beach

"I like the view, the rooms and the room service, I wished we could’ve been accommodated on the same floor as we wanted it to be and that the check in would have been ready with the room when we’ve arrived. Instead we had to wait passed an hour of the check in time and we still didn’t get the two rooms on the same floor; but aside of that and not receiving a welcoming lai as other guests I saw they did. Everything else was good."

"Perfect location, but for the price, I expected a better customer service. After a 6.5 hours flight, had to wait at check in line another 2 hours, seriously? They have 12 elevators. We stayed on 7th floor. Many times waited 5min or more for the elevator. Oh and don't forget another $107 resort fee +parking fee on top of everything"

"First room they gave us hadn’t been cleaned after hauling two heavy suits up a set of steps. Went back to the front desk and told them and gave us other room with an elevator. Had to bring back down 2 suitcase. After that any questions were answered with a smile.?"

"The best thing about this hotel is the location. Beach is easy to get too across the street. We had problems with the bathroom in our room and to be moved to another room. The Luau was excellent at the hotel. The food and cocktails at hotel are average."
