Also bigger vehicles not a good idea as we couldn’t park one of our vehicles here at all due to height. We know for next time to get a smaller car too. "Nice clean, comfortable Condo managed by Waikiki Shore by Outrigger. When we arrived, we learned that the management desk had moved to be overseen by another Hotel (The Regency; 5 min walk away). Jacques checked us in - very professional and helpful. Went over all logistics of rental property. We had stayed here before - and it was nice to see the upgrade of the new elevators in the building. Condo was very clean, well kept and great view. Would highly recommend to anyone traveling to Hawaii."

"The property is fabulous and in a great location. A few blocks away from the high end (expensive) strip along Waikiki Beach, but only a 10 minute walk and you're there. The property amenities are first rate and everyone on site was very friendly. The suite, however, was disappointing. It was not cleaned properly before we arrived (sticky floors, sand accumulated in the corners, dirty rags left on the bathroom counter) and the suite lacked even the simplest items like a broom.
