Staff is very thoughtful and kind! The lady at reception helped us to organize the tour pickup and drop off from hotel which save lots of time and energy for us. Excellent hotel and easy access to the train station. The hotel has an amazing breakfast. The area around hotel has decent food but when in central Napoli there is better.

Wonderful view of Mount Vesuvius. Found the cabin a little small but was out most of the time. The shuttle bus was a godsend. Staff very friendly. Pool looked great but didn’t use it. Lots to see and do. Pompeii and Capri were fab.
