"Fantastic staff who go above & beyond. Fresh, delicious breakfast with lots of options. Beautiful pool with swim up bar. Dr onsite that came in 15 mins when I needed one. Close to the beach an Icon Bali mall. Loved our 9 nights here. "

"Stay started on the wrong foot as we had booked a beach cabin 9 months ago and we were taken to cabin 29 which was old, out dated and extremely disappointing. Prices for food and drinks is on the higher end which is also disappointing. After mentioning these items to the manager, he was quick to show us cabin 12, not near the beach, which I believe had been renovated, and was 100 times better than 29. The beach boardwalk is also very busy so getting further away from the noise was a blessing. We also received a discount on food and beverages, most likely because cabin 12 is cheaper than 29, but I appreciate the deal. Staff is amazing, always ready to assist and they get to know you by name! Staying down the beach at Maya Sanur for 1 night and we are missing cabin 12 and the staff! Maya Sanur is over rated, over priced, and a typical North American resort with no sole"
