“Plumbing problems the first morning was not ably to use toilet or shower, very inconvenient and no way to reconcile with Expedia.”

“I cant say this is completely the hotels fault but i booked days ahead using Expedia,i called and made sure to tell them i was arriving late because it was a 11 hr trip. We got there just before midnight only to find that they were over booked and had no occupancy. They could have at least called the people that had reservations to tell them this so i could have found something for me and my kids. There were multiple people there left stranded, not okay.”
