“I booked a hotel with a hot tub, that is a priority to me. I checked into the hotel after driving nine hours on the road. When I went to use the hot tub, I realized it was not working out of commission! When I checked in the person at the front desk did not tell me this! Had he disclosed this in advance I would’ve booked another hotel! Keeping this information from me was unfair! “We had an okay stay. Ran out of toilet paper, called to request and staff never delivered. TV went out an hour before checking out felt planned like they were pushing us out the door.”

“One of the worst Holiday Inn stays. The shower wall had hair, the soap was not filled and it is not Dove! It’s a cheap off brand product. The guy at the front desk informed me upon check out that they are out of towels and whatever I had in my room will be all I get. When I go to my room, there was ONLY wash clothes and hand towels. Hallway to the room smelled like straight up chemicals. Overall, very disappointing stay.! Will not stay here again.”

“Avid was very nice and clean. It was simply a bit too far from the center of Kalamazoo. There was also no microwave in the rooms. However, there was one available to all in the breakfast room. The staff was nice and professional.”

“If you need the ability to do minimal cooking, this is a great option. With a fully equipped kitchen with a full apartment size refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and stove top, it can allow in house meal preparation. It was very clean and roomy affording an opportunity to have a few guests in the room pretty comfortably. The staff were all accommodating and professional. Breakfast was just OK. Could improve.”
