"We liked our stay at The Scott. The hotel does not look fancy outside, but that does not matter. The bed was good, the bathroom very clean with great shower products. No fridge available. Our room was facing the main Street what was nice. Parking was easy (although it seems that spaces are limited) and very convenient when travelling by car. Check in and check out easy. The hotel is well located and we can really recommend it. We would stay again. "

"We had to ask about the parking and we had to park behind the church. There was limited dining we had to eat elsewhere. The continental breakfast was limited but the poached eggs on toast was good, the bar wasn't open. It took a while for the hot water to come through the shower. It needs to be updated but overall the stay was good. "

"The property is beautiful and our host was lovely. We had booked the Bonny Prince Charlie Suit for the use of the hot tub, and were a little turned off to find out (upon arrival) that there was an extra charge to use the hot tub, even though we paid more for the room to be able to use it. It kind of put a bad taste in our mouth for the rest of the stay. The in-room provided breakfast was quite lovely, with a lot of options."

"Peter was very accommodating for our check in after our flight was severely delayed. We were sad to only spend a night here. Our room was very cozy and clean, and Peter also made sure we had breakfast before we caught the train the next morning. Highly recommend! "

"Why is it every time we visit Oban, there's a violent storm? We'd booked for two nights but on our day of travel Mathew phoned to advise all the roads were either flooded or blocked with landslips. We agreed to try travelling the following day, which we did - it was eventful and with many detours but got there. "Great hostesses! Elegant and at the same time very warm and attentive. You can see they want to deliver a perfect service! The room was super clean and comfortable, breakfast was amazing with delicious coffee made in a professional Italian coffee maker (it was a very pleasant surprise!), a good variety of cheeses and charcuterie, fresh fruit salad and more. We'll certainly come back and recommend to our friend and family! "
