"Beautiful place. Terrible customer service. Absolutely no responses from our multiple requests for information. Beautiful and authentic which makes it a great place but no staff around. We had to go to the hotel next door for dining advice ( very few restaurants around but there is a convience store). Difficult to get to without a car as it’s out of town. Top marks for the staff at the hotel next door who helped us with food and taxis. Better service is needed for foreign travellers."

"I had a great stay here and would definitely recommend it to other travelers. The place was very clean, well-maintained, and comfortable, which made it easy to relax after a long day of exploring. One of the biggest advantages was the location. There were plenty of restaurants, cafés, convenience stores, and other essentials within walking distance, so finding food or picking up anything I needed was never a problem. Everything I wanted to do was close by, making it easy to get around without spending a lot of time traveling. Transportation was also incredibly convenient. It was very easy to get an Uber or taxi from this location, and I never had to wait long for a ride. Overall, the combination of cleanliness, convenience, and excellent access to transportation made this a fantastic place to stay. I would happily book here again."

"The hotel is well-situated on the large beautiful ground in a park like setting and well equipped with a bakery, Starbucks, Lotteria, Korean style Chinese restaurant. Cafeteria style Buffett all in the same building which helps a lot in rainy day, you don’t even have to leave hotel and be self-sufficient. I also enjoyed large bath house located at 2nd fl., admission/ skin scrub 50 minute service for hire, combined comes at 50 bucks. The hotel seems to cater mainly Korean customers, at least during my stay, it was biggest selling point for me. Staffs are good and treat you with respect. I had easy time getting taxi cab since there were coming and going stream of traffic. Caution; When using Jimjilbang food joint, they do not let you pay with jimjilbang key unless you buy jimjilbang admission in advance. You have an option of paying with card or cash though if you don’t use Jimjilbang."

"I was lucky enough to get a ticket for the insanely popular BTS concert in Busan at the last minute. I booked the first hotel that I could find within walking distance to the stadium not expecting much. Much to my surprise, Den Basta turned out to be a fantastic hotel! The staff was super accommodating, breakfast in their beautiful common area was a treat, and the room was spacious with all of the comforts of home and more. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others! "

"Spacious room, clean, good water pressure in washroom, air conditioning is great and can be controlled from your room, wi-fi is good as well. My only small complaint is that the window was open behind my curtain when I arrived and so a few bugs had gotten into the room but other than that it was a perfect stay! I booked this place for the BTS concerts at Busan Asiad Main stadium and it was about a 40min walk from this hotel."

"Staffs doesn’t speak much English so I used translation app. Room is clean overall. Standing shower screen has gap below so will wet bathroom/ washroom floor after shower. That’s deal breaker for me. Does not have different type of towels, 1 stack of towels for floor/ hand/ face/ bath. I didn’t use them other than for floor since it gets wet. I have my own towel so that didn’t bother me as much. Bedsheets has some stains, but I just live with it, didn’t ask for change. Bed is quite comfy. There’s a step going up to room so if you have heavy baggage, slight lifting is needed. Overall not bad for the price. "
