Outstanding hotel, great location, spectacular views!

It is truly a 5 star hotel with excellent service! The staffs are very friendly. The hotel provides a complementary morning and afternoon walking tours. Happy Hours every afternoon. Tons of snacks and drinks in the lobby and on every floor. Free midnight snacks. Unlimited drinks in the room. They also provide a bottle of wine and trays of cheese or chocolate strawberries to our room. Breakfast are sundown and served with a cheese tray and fruit tray. We very much enjoyed our stay there.

The hotel is one of the most beautiful places that I ever stayed. Fantastic location, exceptional service throughout Immaculately clean in the middle of old town but still very quiet. I can't wait to return.

This is a very nice hotel in a great location. Very clean and well-maintained. This stuff is very nice and helpful. Restaurant is great for breakfast and OK for dinner. The only minus is that the check in is at 3 PM which may be difficult for people arriving in the morning.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It’s nature inspired decor was a delight and the rooms were well equipped and very clean. But what made this property stand out was the service from the staff, the added amenities such as welcome drink at check in and hospitality treats in our room, and the amazing free breakfast. We stayed 9 nights in this extraordinary hotel in the heart of Lisbon. First, this 35 room hotel has been entirely restored to its original Art Deco form, including cork floors in the room, beautiful marquetry floors in the lobby, elegant furniture and art work in the lobby and bar. Also the sleek, elegant Art Deco door handles (that are beautiful but not so easily grasped). The hotel was safe and in a very convenient location for shopping and eating. I would stay there again.

Very nice hotel. The staff was very helpful, friendly, and made sure to make your stay a great experience. Breakfast was excellent. They brought pastries and espumante as a welcome gift. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. The train station and metro station were nearby as well as shopping areas.

The property was clean, the beds were comfortable, the staff was first class. Very polite and helpful with any questions we had. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a place to stay in Lisbon.

A 6 night stay. The a/c did not work as we reported and we changed rooms. Staff very helpful. The electrical outlet by the bed was not operational. Bathroom door out of alignment and did not close. Wood floor in around toilet is stained (water marks) and not hay We expect on a $200 Euro/ night room.

I loved this hotel so much! I did not want to leave. I actually felt very down the day we checked out. I have stayed in many 5 star hotels but never had such impeccable care. It was above and beyond. Every staff member was at our service. The view and location were amazing. It was a very quiet retreat to return to and within walking distance of everything.
