“The heater/air conditioner was very noisy when it came on. Lots of noise during the night with slamming doors. The room was clean. Bed comfortable. ”

“ Only one elevator working....evidently not a new situation. Ice machines not working or out of ice. The one elevator sounded like a four alarm at each floor. The staff was quite pleasant and accommodating. ”

“The room was clean and the staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good. There is a pub on location that was great but closed early. We didn’t use the pool as it closed really early. The location was right next to 1-95 so if traffic noise bothers you it may not be the right place. I didn’t feel it was too bad and it didn’t bother our sleep. There’s not much traffic going by at night. ”

“Very clean, quiet, and cozy accommodation. Especially, the accommodation is quite large, and the view of the pond and fountain in front of the balcony is good. The interior looks a little old but comfortable, convenient, and clean. The entire resort is private, and the pool and Jacuzzi are also clean. Employees are very kind and thoughtful, especially the front desk. Would stay again!”

“I perpaid with with Expedia, when I checked in they took my credit card for incidentals and doubled changed me for the room again. I even called the same night and advised them of the error, the font desk rep stated she would make the corrections and never did. I have left several messages for the manager, Jason and no call back yet. It's been over 30 days and I'm still waiting for my refund.”

“Average hotel. Fitness is ok but the half of the weights are missing. I didn’t like the breakfast, you don’t see care in preparing it. Room is truly basic. My greatest complaint is the room’s cleaning. We spent 5 days at the hotel and nobody took care of our room (4 people in there) despite I went twice to the front desk and even told to the housekeeper. However, the manager finally realized the situation and gave us a kind courtesy and the apologies.”

“Staff was friendly and accommodating, but we had to move rooms initially because the AC was making an awful noise and toilet was running nonstop. The second room we were moved to was better but smelled like mildew. We were only there for a night before a cruise so I did not use any amenities or have breakfast. ”

“The room lacked cleanliness. There was no hair dryer or iron. Each bed had two very flat pillows. The pool area was nice. The description said there is a restaurant and a but there was neither of those things. The staff was very friendly and helpful which was a huge plus. Probably won't stay here again.”
