“Very nice place at fair price.”

“Quiet clean hotel tucked in the mountains of West Virginia. Small, charming and conveniently located just off Hwy #64. So nice to support a locally owned business. Best of all NO pets, NO pool so you're not paying for something you don't need. Wonderful staff (owner). Convenient breakfast with nice choices. We've traveled all over the world and this was exactly what we need in a hotel. Will use again. A "10".”

“The kitchen did have cooking equipment. We did not stay long enough to cook there or have breakfast.”

“The breakfast was very good 👍👍. There is a large mowed yard out front to walk the 4 legged members of the family. The area is very quiet with a Marathon fuel mart across the street. There is a new Burger King adjacent to the Marathon station. We ordered our supper from the Burger King and they delivered it promptly.”

“Staff was very friendly. Room was clean but had a dank smell. Surrounding guests were quite loud and unruly throughout all hours of the day and night.”

“Nice hotel on the outskirts of town near I-64. Several restaurants nearby. The hotel has a large fitness area and indoor pool plus an outdoor patio area with fire pits. ”

“Everything was great! I couldn't give 5 stars for the amenities because many of the restaurants and activities were closed because of the season.”

“the facility was old and out dated, there was supposed to have breakfast for us and they did not, during the night is was noise in the room and a light outside the room kept the room lite during the night. bed was uncomfortable ”

“Hotel was quiet and provided what we needed for a night’s rest on our trip down to NC. Front desk host, Debra was very nice and accommodating. However, the 3rd floor rooms have a heavy chemical smell with smoke undertones…Perhaps an attempt to cover up the smell from people smoking in the rooms even though it’s not allowed. We tried two rooms and found the smell to be the same. We did not partake of the breakfast as it was mostly carbs. I did grab a banana for the road though!”

“Great place to stay before flying out of BNA”

“The best part was Elliot’s Grill and Bar on premises. Quiet property until you open the door to the grill - wow! Full of people, laughing and socializing, $7 large mixed drinks, such a friendly and lively place! Room was clean and sufficient, not luxurious but fine. Breakfast was good with a variety of choices. This is the place to stay if you are visiting the New River Gorge area of WV. ”

“The room was clean, however the halls and waiting lobby area seemed quite dirty and tired. The check in was excellent the desk staff polite. ”

“Once upon a time I am sure this place was really nice. We stayed for a golf event, otherwise I would not stay here. We stayed in the executive suite area. The room was outdated and the pullout couch was very worn, torn, broken and uncomfortable. Our smoke alarm battery was old, so it was beeping. The buildings in general could use some upkeep. The room was very overpriced. ”
