"Room was clean but the sheets were itchy and had white dots on it not sure if they wasn’t washed or I could we could be allergic to washing powder. The staff was nice. However upon arrival the lady didn’t give good details and just seemed like she was trying to get us out of the way. Other than that everything was great; the room was nice the rooftop was also nice. It was raining so we didn’t get to experience the pool!"

"Never felt more safe in my life! Security personnel everywhere. Even a dog sniffing out each piece of luggage and baggage brought in. One must show photo ID and have a picture taken. Also must walk through a metal detector. The rooms were spacious, clean and quiet. Bed was much to our liking. If you are staying for the first time and sign up for their Players Club you can opt for gift cash to use for gambling or receive a free pass to the buffet ( which also gives you 2 free cocktails, wine or beer). However, the buffet had to be of the lowest quality I have ever had in a casino. There is a 24 hour coffee shop that provides sandwiches. Eat there instead."

"We have stayed here in the past and this property never disappoints! Always clean rooms and comfortable beds. Staff is very friendly and helpful from the front desk to the housekeeping staff. The breakfast is always fresh and hot. My only complaint would be they need to have hot chocolate available next to the coffee counter in the lobby year round. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are visiting Memphis and the surrounding areas. This location is close to everything especially restaurants with a multitude to choose from. 5 Stars for sure!"
