Search Vacation Homes in Shin-Okubo Station

I found the hotel very cool and interesting, comfortable and clean. The area it was in was great! The only issue is that The lighting in the entry way made it quite difficult for the tablet to read the QR code for check in but eventually got past that .

What a fantastic family hotel! I say hotel a little loosely, because it is really a family house that you can rent for a night or several. Watanabe-san may be the most hospitable person we have crossed on this planet. Not only did he open the door while we were getting organized outside his establishment, but he did not panic or get upset when our littlest (6 years) immediately stepped with shoes on the internal floor. After showing us the wonderful accommodation, he asked if we were...

2 markets and a ramen place right next to this place. Train station is 8 mins away. Have to try the fried chicken place right down the street next to the train station!!

It was a quaint apartment in a residential neighborhood with access to restaurants and the metro.

Everything it was perfect, quiet neighborhood, the house it had everything that you needed for your perfect stay.

We had excellent stay at Nyoze house. The house was very nice and clean , has all good facilities like internet, TV (Netflix and prime), good kitchen and bathrooms. The house is good to have a relaxed day with your family. The groceries are nearby (walkabble 500 mts) and Nubia (the host) is an excellent host. She is very prompt in the resposnse, quickly solves any issue and offers lots of help (e.g her bike to go to nearest grocery shop). If someone is looking for Tokyo sight seeing, one need...

Clean place and easy to get into

Mr. Kusunoki is such a pleasant man. He sent us the best routes to get to places on multiple occasions, and shared with us many spots to go. He used his many connections to get us discounts on watches, and informed us the cheapest way to buy train tickets, and amusement park tickets. If we come back to Tokyo, we will be staying here again.

Great location!

I love the Japanese-style home, it gave us the unique experience of living in a traditional Japanese house, even if just temporarily. It was also conveniently located and easy to find. I would highly recommend.

Overall the property was great. Check in process was good and they gave step by step directions to the house. Location was good and I enjoyed getting to stay in a real Japanese home. If there were any negatives, I would have liked a television to watch on the cold rainy day we had, maybe get to watch Japanese television. Other than that, I had no complaints.

Nice and cozy. Great for families with children and seniors.

We enjoyed our stay-all the comforts of home were included. We had one elderly but healthy family member with us. Since bedrooms were on the top floor and bathroom/living room were on the middle floor, I was a bit worried about the narrow stairwell for my dad. Other than that, the place was clean, convenient, quiet, and great for our stay in Japan.

The only complexity was obtaining all of the details of the stay. They sent a link to a Google Drive with 6 PDF files detailing getting to the place and opening the door. I had to call to ask them to send the link after I emailed a full copy of my passport. They have some laundry facilities (a washer, no drier) but you must provide your own detergent. I only stayed one night, so had no time. Definitely could accommodate 4 travelers; I was there by myself. The interior was great.
