“Even though I received confirmation email after booking and a message from the hotel in the Expedia app outlining all the details for meals and amenities a week prior to check in, when we arrived at the hotel the front desk couldn’t find our reservation. The hotel was fully booked and had to put us in a room that was under renovation, which means no air conditioning in August. And of course no meals provided and no in-room hot spring tub. “初めて利用した民泊？だったのでいろいろと勝手がわからなかったです。タオルが100円と聞いていましたが、その受け取り方法がわからず、Expediaに夜中にメールして朝タオルをもってきて貰い、100円を払いました。その辺のやりかたを事前に教えて欲しかったです。沼津駅周辺は軒並み1万円超えで、この施設はありがたかったです。夜に入ったので部屋が寒くエアコンをつけて暖かくなりましたが、外の車の音や、結構寒く、朝カーテンを開けると窓が結構開いていてびっくりでした。でも風呂の備品などいろいろあり、洗濯もできるようなので、長期での使い勝手も良さそうです。ありがとうございました。”

“A very peaceful stay near the shrine in Fujinomiya. It was nice to have a genuine tatami room sleep. If you are a big party this could be a really great place to book all rooms. If you have accessible needs, I will say there are a number of non-uniform stair cases, unexpected changes and dropoffs throughout, but in my opinion this is to be expected in an old building like this. If the accessibility notes aren’t a concern I would recommend this place to get a taste of quiet and more...
