“Some noisy at night from the high way. Machine in the fitness room needs to be fixed and cleaned. Except for them, room and service was perfect.”

“Avoid this Fairfield. Our room had significant water damage (bubbling ceilings and soaked door frames). We reported it immediately, but the GM, Valerie, is now telling Marriott Corporate that 'no one ever spoke to her' in an attempt to block our refund. ​I have the timestamped emails and photos to prove otherwise. It is a sad state of affairs when a brand like Marriott allows a local GM to gaslight guests regarding structural failures. Currently considering escalating this to the Tennessee...

“The location of this property was great. Our stay was a different story. At check in no one was at the desk, I waited for close to 10 minutes before anyone helped me. I later ask for wash clothes and was told I could get them in the morning when additional staff was there. I have stayed at many hotels and have never been told to wait till tomorrow! Unfortunately no one was in the hallway with the cart in the morning nor was there anyone at the desk so we never got the wash clothes………. Listening...

“The first room I was in was horrible. It had mold, mildew, and all whatever complained about it and no one done anything. unfortunately, I had to rebook the room that’s when they put me in a different room. TV no telephone or air-conditioning work in either rooms.. on top of all that someone stole my tennis shoes, white Reebok”

There is a nice Mexican restaurant (La Siesta) in front of the property that served us a fabulous dinner that I highly recommend. Unfortunately, our morning experience wasn’t great. The layout for the breakfast bar being in the lobby is strange. The seating is limited and the chairs aren’t comfortable - plus you’re right where guests are checking in and out.
