"Clean room, very good location, easy to walk around"

"We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The only issue we had was parking. When I called the AI told me an address for parking that was confusing and it was not clear that they allowed cars overnight. It gives you an address but not the name of the garage. the name of the garage is Trinity Plaza and their sign doesn't give an overnight rate but you can park there overnight. I had to call while driving around a very congested part of SF to get the correct address and name of the garage, so I was sure I was parking close to the hotel and in a safe place. You still have to walk a little way to the hotel. The hotel is on the fringe of the Tenderloin so be aware. Not a problem for us but if you are averse to seeing the homeless choose another place. We also found a FANTASTIC restaurant a couple blocks away called 54 Mint. If you love great Italian food go there! The #7 bus stops on the same block and you can take it straight out to Golden Gate Park. Super easy. For the price this is the best deal in SF."

"Beautiful sitting area in the back overlooking the bay and fun to watch the airplanes takeoff from the strip. The rooms are huge and spacious with comfortable beds."

"The first room we checked into heavily smelled of marijuana. I called the front desk and was switched to a different room right away however that room also had a musty smell to it and there were flies flying around the room all night. I assume that comes w a property near the ocean. We were there for a night and too tired to move to another room. Despite that the property itself is nice and the staff very friendly. "

"I have paid more than expected. I thought the total fee was $420 when I paid online, however they charged me more than $500. The parking is horrible; it costs $73, which is unreasonable. I will not book this hotel in the future. I know it is downtown, but unreasonable."

"This hotel was great! Clearly it was recently redone. Staff could not have been nicer or more helpful. Location is amazing! Would definitely stay here again! Perfect all around!"
