Overall hotel was clean but needs updating, bit of TLC. Room was clean, had to ask for bin to be emptied but wasn't done, bit short staffed but the ones that were on duty were good and helpful, we had to pay for breakfast, which was not a problem considering the cost of the accommodation, really ...

Rowntree Lodge
Checking in by phone and key left in a lockbox. Key handed to a staff member in the morning. Phone call was helpful and room was fine, we did not have breakfast there.
