"Very tired. Absolutely not 4*. Poor food a sandwich that literally would have cost 50p to make charged at £7.50. Private car park but they want £15/night to use it. Need to check themselves out for the amount of money they charge."

"Lovely hotel with old school charm and wonderful helpful staff. Very dog friendly and made our dog very welcome with treats and even breakfast sausage. The breakfast was outstanding being freshly cooked with high quality produce. A really thoughtful touch was the offer of tableware to enjoy a takeaway ..."

"We found it to be lovely clean accommodation with a wow view from the area ten minutes walk 15 minutes walk to the town, a little shame there's scaffolding next door but it doesn't spoil the view we would still be happy to come again"
