"The only downfall is that they don’t renovate the rooms. The furniture is old, the tile is the shower is old, even the alarm clock in the bedroom isn’t modern to play music. The location will always be top tier because it’s the casino of course ! Downstairs there is the sugar factory and fire and ice bar which features live music on some nights. I just wish they would upgrade the decoration and styles in the hotel room or bathrooms. "

"For me personally, this hotel fit exavtly what i needed and was better in price compared to other hotels in the area. The room was much larger than anticipated. It had two sitting chairs, as well as a desk and desk chair. It also had both a microwave and mini fridge, which was convenient. I loved the mirror in the bathroom, which had touchscreen settings like a defrost button. There was also a full length mirror outside of the bathroom, which i appreciated. The staff was fantastic. "The room was a good size, making the TV seem small. Even though I booked a room in the Ocean Tower, all I could see was the huge A/C and air filtration units on the top of the Hard Rock building. No view of the ocean or beach. I could see the hotel next door and down a block or two into the city. The room seemed warm even though I had the temperature set low, but the bed, sheets and room was comfortable and the bathroom provided nice soap and good water pressure. While I did see some area...

"Safe, quiet and easy parking."

"The room was exceptionally clean . I walked around in my socks the whole time I was there. (I forgot my flip flops) and they were still white when I left. The bathroom was equally as clean.."
