"The night that we checked in the front office person had a small child with her, that seems was not a guest. The front office person, looked like she really did not want to be there, gave me a half printed (ran of out ink in the printer) page to refill out again. Filled the form out again and went to my room. The room was clean and quiet and that was the best thing ever after a 12-hour drive. Bed was just right and having the bathroom supplies such as shampoo and other items stock were the right touch after sleeping in that morning! The whole place was quiet after grabbing a little breakfast before hitting the road again for another 12-hour drive on the road. Thank you for having this little hide away from the noise of traffic and no loud people running up and down the halls. Debi"

"The pool was very packed with people, so we were unable to go swimming. Prices for items in the shops closely compare to Las Vegas, so bring plenty of spending money. Beautiful place and is nice and quiet in the rooms. Friendly staff, clean rooms, and great food."

"No staff onsite. Poor internet connection for the Check-In/Check-out Kiosk made check-in a challenge. Room wasn't that clean. The hotel is in a good location and has decent ammenties and pet area."

"1. This is my second review. I filled one out yesterday. The one frustrating thing is that the dinning directory did not list a restaurant that opened before 11:00am. It made breakfast hard to find. 2. There were two Starbuck's counters in the Hotel, but they were not on the directory. 3. The dinner restaurants were all great. The Manhattan Deli served full meals that were great. They also served really good Matza Ball Soup and New York Cheesecake. Prices were moderate. 4. On my first review I asked for the hotel to buy batteries for the bathroom scale. The error I made was to not have instructions to use the scale. You need to first step on the scale and then step off, this turns on the scale. Operating instructions for the bathroom scale would have helped."
