"Clean room, impressive breakfast and happy hour. The rooms and property are tired. Recognizing we stayed during a peak spring break period, it was still very overpriced. Location is good for quick access to downtown Scottsdale."

"The McCormick building has a great location and exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. We used many outdoor areas for morning coffee, the pool and drinks outside in the evenings. The building is older and the rooms dated if that is important to you but all was clean and near by old town scottsdale and restaurants. We had coffee and a dinner on site and were very happy. Beautiful views of the pond and golf course behind. "

"The walls in the Villas are paper thin - we could hear conversations, TV's, snoring, babies crying, people arguing, doors slamming, dogs barking, kids screaming, and a woodpecker hammering away very early each and every morning. All of the hard surfaces in the units do nothing to muffle the sounds coming from other units. We didn't get into our unit until after 5:30 PM because (supposedly) it had been left very dirty by the previous people. Even then, we found popcorn under the sofa, no toilet paper, and just a small amount of toiletry products in the bathroom."

"The elevator was not working, the pool was dirty, the fire pit was not working and the room was over power ed with the scent of some type of cleaning solution The only thing that was pleasant was the staff "

"This is not a resort. It’s a motel. With bed bugs at that. Had to leave in the middle of the night and front desk didn’t even bat an eye when we told them about the bed bugs so they clearly know it’s an issue. Save yourself the headache and find another place to stay. "
