“There was no staff when I arrived. I took an envelope w my last name on it from the front desk and followed to my room. There was no interaction with any human being so I had no clue what to expect. “I was grateful to the staff for a late 2am arrival, was able to get the keys with no staff on-site, got our room. Had a comfortable safe stay.
