โAn okay place to stay for a night. The room was comfortable but definitely looked like it had received minimal upkeep over the years. The shower water smelled a bit sulfuric and wouldnโt stay warm/hot. It was fine just for one night but I wouldnโt recommend staying longer since the amenities were a bit lacking, which is not too surprising given it is a small motel in the mountains. One plus is the property manager was very kind and welcoming. โ
โThe Wick is conveniently located literally across the street from the Hudson NY Amtrak rail station. My room was very nice, spacious, with comfortable bedding and lighting. Staff was very friendly and helpful. There was a problem with my stuck entry door and it was immediately addressed. Bathroom was very spacious - good water pressure and quality amenities. โThe owner is very very nice. We biked from nyc, and heading to upstate NY. We booked this hotel at the last minute because it's close to empire State trail. The room is quiet and clean. The owner allowed my kids to pick the strawberry, raspberries and tomatoes. Everything tasted so sweet right off the vine. This literally made their day. โEverything was perfect. Cozy and clean room, useful exercise room, free shuttle service within 3 miles radious, and even delicious low fat yogurt parfait for every breakfast.
Only two things that I felt lack of were first, no shuttles b/w the airport and the hotel, and second, no meats for breakfasts beside eggs.โ

โThe hotel is beautiful on the first floor you have a nice fire pit with a bar/restaurant the staff is very friendly. The pool is open until 11pm which is great! The room are nice and clean. Will definitely stay here again! โ
