“Although some issues when we first arrived ( TV did not work, lack of needed pans/ utensils in kitchen) staff immediately responded by moving us to a new room. We will definitely stay here again. Is walking distance to airport and nearby restaurants”

“Staff excellent, hotel clean. No television at all. It was broken would have not booked if I had known as I was bringing someone straight from the hospital and was totally stir crazy with nothing to watch. Ended up changing hotels”

There is no in-room coffee maker, no continental breakfast, very RARELY is the front desk staffed, the window coverings in the rooms are in dire need of replacing, housekeeping is by request only and then only if the message gets passed on. “The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. I did one small load of laundry and it cost $16, $8 for washer and dryer machine tokens, $4 for a single packet of soap and $4 for three dryer sheets. Fairly outrageous. Otherwise a reasonable stay.”

“Missing blinds on the window coverings. Hole in the bedroom door. Room did not appear to have been cleaned well. Front desk could not find our reservation and when he did told us our room was on the second floor inside. Had to return to the front desk to find out it was outside on the first floor. Paid for a room with two beds. Received a room with one queen bed. Entire property needs a face lift. Expect more for $350 per night.”

“We stayed at Aspen Suites the night before our flight home. The hotel is located about a 5 min drive from the airport (or about 10 min walk if you can’t find a cab). Excellent staff, easy check-in. Clean common areas and clean, spacious rooms. The room has a kitchenette and full-sized fridge, a couch with table, and clean, comfortable bed.
