Expedia and I kept trying to call, but the man at the desk claimed he couldn’t hear the phone because of the weather. Within the 15 minutes of booking the room, I canceled due to a family emergency. The business showed no compassion. They offered no form of reimbursement or credit. As a military family who frequently travels, we understand that emergencies can happen, but this place didn’t even offer any empathy. There are countless other motels in the area that would have handled this situation better. If you’re looking for a business that prioritizes the needs of its customers, this place is definitely not the one for you."
