“I booked for two nights stay Fri night and Saturday night. As my flight was only arriving at 5am on Saturday morning I booked Fri night also so that I could check in immediately on arrival. I messaged the property of this and got as n acknowledgment and phone no to call on arrival. Despite this my reservation was cancelled as a no show while I was flying. I found out about this on landing and calling the hotel. They would not reinstate by booking saying it couldn’t be done through their computer...

“Decent place to stay, def not a 5 star hotel so keep that in mind. Pros- Extremely helpful staff and they always willing to assist if you ask them anything especially the receptionist names Seven from Portugal. Easy access to the highway and lots of parking near the entrances to the hotel. Theres a good amount of spots nearby like Target, Ihop, Canes, Main Event etc Cons- One of the 2 elevators was broken and the other one took a while to come each time. They have the same items for breakfast...

“Hotel location is good but the smell of the halls needs improvement.”

“The location claim to have a hot spa and none was at location and the gym was full of extra hotel amenities. Staff was good and breakfast was excellent but the floor smelled like it was mopped with dirty water.”

“We arrived at the hotel and was told it was canceled. We didn't receive an email or any notification of the cancelation. We had nowhere else to go. They scrambled to find us a room but the only room available didn't have AC. It's the middle of summer in Texas. They did give us a discount on the room with no AC but it smelled like mold & stuff & extremely hot.”
