"The property is modern with a rustic vibe. Staff were pleasant and knowledgeable. Overall the hotel was just beautiful. Parking was easy and free. Room was clean with ample space. Location is a short drive away from Banff town. One especially nice part of the hotel was the restaurant next to the lobby, Sudden Sally. The coffee, pastries, and breakfast sandwiches were amazing. Every morning we would order food to go for the adventures for the day. The only negative experience we had was that we didn’t get to use the balcony as much as we wanted because the guests adjacent to our room kept smoking cigarettes and weed. But that’s not the hotel’s fault, so I won’t dock them for that. "

"Clean room, friendly staff, and fairly quiet. The only glitch was when I googled Holiday Inn at the Calgary airport. It took me to the closest one that was wrong. Expedia booked us a Holiday Inn that was about a 15 minute drive with challenging navigation. Otherwise, everything was good. "
