"Best stay ever! Reasonably affordable... Beautiful, breathtaking lobby is a foreshadowing of what's ahead in the room. So clean, modern, comfortable and super quiet. I did hear some planes overhead, but it wasn't too loud to sleep through. Peaceful sleep, medium firm bed was very comfortable, pillows were even ok. Brand new Keurig machine in room, and everything you need for your stay including blow dryer. Fridge and microwave neatly hidden away in cabinet. Excellent ice machines in hallways. Very friendly staff at desk and in lounge. Food was excellent there too. Can't say enough good about the Grand Hotel NE Calgary! I will definitely stay here again."

"Shuttle pickup from airport was being offered Inconsistent service standard, one staff gave us some bottled water but another staff said they never do that. Iron board is a bit dirty. Was offered a room 201 which is very close to the restaurant and is at the beginning of the corridor so can hear the noise from everyone who pass by especially kids Pretty good price for what's being offered though"

"Very cute chalets, alittle pricey but for us was a good deal, loved the mountain view, traffic from highway was alittle annoying but once you take the views in it doesnt really matter, pretty close to everything we wanted to do"
