"My daughter was upset about the pool not being open but I wasn't surprised as it was only the end of March. There was a lot of noise due to the airport which is noticeable but I had no issues with it. I always have music or tv on so it didn't bother us. I wasn't happy that there was no freezer in the fridge because I couldn't keep my ice packs frozen for my snacks during the day. I'm diabetic so I was happy to have a fridge to put insulin in, but I needed the ice packs to stay frozen so I could use them while I was out during the day. That also meant I used real ice to keep my insulin cool on the 10 hour drive home which resulted in a few things getting wet but oh well. Otherwise, it was a good stay."

"The hotel looks in person exactly as it does in the photos! It is clean, bright and appears to be new or newly renovated. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very polite and helpful. We were very pleased!"

"Staff was great but the room was not. It looked like someone had been lying in the bed before we arrived, there were towels missing, the furniture was old and worn, and it was really loud outside the room. Will never return. "

"My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The room door would not close properly unless it was slammed, and the trim around the door was dirty and visibly falling apart. The $20+ buffet breakfast was completely unacceptable — poor quality and not worth the price. More concerning was the ongoing construction noise coming from the adjacent room, including drilling, grinding, and loud music. When I raised this with the front desk, I was repeatedly given inaccurate and dismissive explanations (cleaning staff, outside traffic, nearby construction), none of which aligned with what was clearly audible from within my room. I even asked staff to come to the room to verify the issue themselves, and no one ever showed up. Despite all of this, I was not offered a room change or any resolution. This level of service and lack of accountability is unacceptable. "

"No amenities worth mentioning. No clock. No phone. The room needed vacuuming. The curtains were falling down in several places. No guide for TV channels though they did bring me a paper list when they saw my review on another website. The staff was pleasant and kind during check-in."
