“Best place to say for visitors!! You are centrally located downtown where it’s not too crowded and you able to enjoy the heart of the city. The check-in and check-out process were seamless. The rooms were comfortable and fully equipped with everything we needed. Will definitely stay here again upon my next visit.”

“The staff were wonderful. Breakfast was lovely. Love the room, tho it seemed like it hadn’t been used in a while. The jacuzzi tub didn’t work but worked as a regular tub, nonetheless. Parking was not good. The reason for not having 5 stars is parking. Only 2 parking spots to be used on the street. The driveway on the property only has room for 2 cars. The place has 4 guest rooms. We had to park behind someone, but was asked several times to move & let them out. Or we had to keep checking to...

“The owner of the house, Colleen was like an angel. My grandmother lived in the same neighborhood as Sunnyside and I had no idea and I know she would be happy that I ended up in the Hands of such a beautiful soul. She cooks like an amazing southern chef and is so hospitable. She has two very friendly and beautiful dogs and makes you feel right at home. I came for a family reunion and I think I added to the family! My husband and I are extremely happy and we can’t wait to come back!”

“First, I thought I booked a king-size bed, but we ended up with a queen-size in a very small room. Your site said there was an elevator but we got there to discover it wasn’t functioning. I managed the stairs, but I do have mobility problems and was frustrated there was no elevator. We didn’t mind the policy of no shoes, but the mat in front of the door was wet from rain, and we ended up with wet socks. “This is a perfect place to relax. The beds are wonderful. The host goes the extra mile to make you feel welcome. His breakfast was outstanding. The cottage has two porches to relax and have a glass of wine, read a book, or just have a quiet conversation. Any time you are in Natchez, MS. You need to stay at Stone House with your host, Joe Stone.”

“Our host, who doesn't live in the house, gave us free run of the place since no one else had rented the other bedroom. The place was comfortable but not updated. Our host was very pleasant and accommodating and we enjoyed visiting with her. She provided us with a nice breakfast using eggs from her own hens.”
