โFirst room they gave us had water damage and musty moldy smell. Second room was not cleaned very well in bathroom. Shower sprayed water all over in bathroom. โ
โGreat Hotel! The customer service was excellent. The lobby was beautiful, cafe had great coffee and snacks and the staff was very helpful. Room was clean and so comfortable. Ralphs restaurant was very good and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend this Hotel!โ
โThe beds were comfortable, it had a great location compared to Kings Island, plenty of space within the rooms for a family of 4. Most importantly, CLEAN! Will absolutely stay here again.โ

โThis was our third stay at Hope. Wonderful and helpful staff. Great for anyone with family at WrightPatterson. The attached restaurant is also very good. โ
โWe stayed 3 nights this hotel and felt very comfortable during we stayed.
Hotel staffs were very kind and some restaurants are located just 5 minutes by walk.โ
โOur check in staff member, Sarah, was great. Quick, helpful, and pleasantly funny. The room is nice and the amenities are great, the pool is warm and large enough for at least 15 people to be in comfortably. The exercise room is good for the price and three is a laundry. All in all a great place to stay โ
