"Location was perfect for us - we were traveling via Amtrak and the station is a block away. Hotel is located in a spectacular art deco structure with 16 foot ceilings and spacious rooms. Staff was very attentive to our needs. "

"The staff was wonderful, helpful and funny. The Grille House restaurant is affordable, friendly, and tastes great! The room was spacious and set up perfectly. The layout in our room was so that nothing had to be on the floor! The Grand Harmony Spa and Masages from Jess were absolutely healing. And, the late night swim was a great wind down from the full day. The late checkout option was totally worth it!! Can’t wait to go back again!!!"

"The Celeste in St. Paul was great! Tucked into a beautifully restored old convent. You can still feel its history, from artwork by the nuns and stained-glass windows, to the original hardwood floors. My room with a Juliette balcony and a fireplace was fantastic! The only drawback was the breakfast. Advertised as a hot breakfast including eggs, potatoes, and breakfast meats. Sadly it only included cereal, fruit, toast, and frozen breakfast sandwiches and a microwave. Would definitely stay here again, but will most likely not plan on having breakfast at the hotel. "
