“Kind staff”

“The hotel itself is fair, the room has air conditioning, however, in terms of cleanliness is quite poor, it looks clean but there are some hair strands on unnoticeable areas such as the cushions on the chair, a pile of dust on the corners of the room, which may have caused me to caught hay fever during my stay. I booked 2 other rooms for my relatives, and they complained that some of their items are missing, although the items are non-valuable, which are luggage belt, tote bags and key lock....

“Stayed in the Regents room, very comfy and welcoming. The mattress kind of dipped in the middle but it was still comfortable to sleep in. Despite the fact that there was a bit of noise from outside, in the morning, I woke up feeling rested. The instructions to access the room were clear, and the venue is close to St John’s Wood. Pleasant stay overall!”

“It was a small but great room. The space is used well with storage under the bed and a pull out little table. The usb plug ins and lights by the bed are convenient. The staff were always available and very helpful.”

“식당에서 인종차별이 노골적입니다. 돈 내고 식사하면서 정말 불쾌했어요. 아침에 부페를 먹고 있는 옆 테이블 현지인에게는 5분에 한 번꼴로 불편한건 없냐, 음식은 괜찮냐 끊임없이 묻는데... 저는..눈 마주쳐서 불러야 와서 주문 받고, 수프 먹게 스푼 좀 달라고 요청해야 겨우 갖다 주고, 커피 더 달라고 한 요청은 끝내 안 들어 줘서 기다리다 그냥 나왔어요. 오랜 전통이 인종차별에 녹아 있나 봅니다. 식당 종업원들의 태도 때문에 편안한 잠자리나 좋았던 점들을 다 깎아 내렸어요.”

“위치를 포함해서 모든 것이 완벽했어요!”

“객실 세면대가 배수가 안되고 전화기도 고장나 통화가 안되는데도 객실 변경도 안해주고 담당 직원이 퇴근했다며 다음날 오전에 수리해준다고 하였다. 다음날 수리하였는데 그날은 괜찮았다가 그다음날 저녁 또 배수가 안되었다. 객실의 기본적인 관리가 안된다는 느낌을 받았다.”
