It was close to where we wanted to go, near a subway for further places. The room was clean. There was no drinking water, so we bought some next door at the deli. It was loud outside, seemed like the window was open but it was closed. I’ll definitely come back, but I’ll be more prepared next time with ear plugs and water.

I got a queen size regular room on the 4th floor. It was of a good size although the bathroom was on the small side. Not much of a view overlooking air conditioning and heating equipment but it was very quiet. Everything was very clean and well maintained. The staff is helpful and friendly. Really liked the restaurant attached to the hotel because the food was good and staff was friendly. I will stay here again.

Staff was very friendly, room was clean and spacious, the restaurant Bond 45 was excellent. The only thing is that I wanted to purchase the hotel tote bag and nobody could tell me where I can purchase it.

Nice property but needs some improvements. I've stayed here 3 time so it'sa good hotel. Very convenient to Penn Station. The shower had a mind of its own. You will not have a consistent water temp and it will go from warm to cold to burning hot. Towels are like sandpaper. The toilet paper is ridiculous. ...

Didn't use amenities however the room was dirty! The shower did not drain so we stood ankle deep in dirty water while trying to shower. The room just looked dirty. Smudges on the wall, dust in the corners, hand prints all over the door.....
