2/10 Terrible

"Booked online and check in was for 3 pm…the room was not ready until after 4:30 pm. When I mentioned this inconvenience the staff member mumbled something under his breath, very unprofessional. There was a loud obnoxious humidifier or something next to air conditioning unit that had a sticker to not turn off but you could not sleep, it sounded like a helicopter. The pool was FILTHY and TINY although it looked bigger online. The breakfast was thrown together with nothing out there, other travelers were showing how to get things you needed from under counters. The utensils were dirty. It was overall lots of complaints from everyone I ran into with nothing positive to say. Cigarette butts everywhere, just not very clean."

"We normally rent a house when we come to the beach but this was a short trip with just me and my sons. This hotel is absolutely perfect! They think of everything and the staff is so kind. Clean and the best location to the beach and walkable for breakfast lunch and dinner!"

"First I didn’t want to make this review based off this stat since I’ve stayed here before and had a lovely experience. However this time around was not as good. Firstly, the shower still had hair in it. And the cloths for washing also had tiny hairs in them. I have a weak stomach to hair so this automatically made me want to leave. Secondly, the floors were nasty. I walked around the room maybe 5 minutes before getting in the shower and when I got in I had dirt coming from under my feet. The floors were nasty. Lastly, the cable kept going in and out and the internet barely worked. We had a tech guy come and not quite fix it but he was very helpful and were able to watch a full episode of a show finally. The front desk staff didn’t really offer anything for the inconveniences so I just feel like they didn’t care. Didn’t even sound sincere when apologizing."

"Everything about our anniversary weekend was amazing. The hotel, the staff, the bar & restaurant, all exceptional. The reason for 3 stars is I was sold a “partial ocean view room” and I got a frosted glass slider, bolted shut, overlooking the buildings HVAC systems. I could have booked 15,000 rooms at a beachfront on the grandstand but opted for quieter and off the strip in MB. Even the front desk staff said my reservation was extremely misleading. They didn’t have another room to offer due to Musicfest."

"We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was nice… the location is close proximity to the beach, shopping areas and nice restaurants. The facilities on the site was really nice. Good that they had a playground swimming pool included a kiddy pool in which my daughter enjoyed and the hot tub all three were very clean I would say to be mindful of the bed linens and that they’re not stained and checked prior to guest arrival. I had to wash our sheets before we use them because there was red dots on them."
