Surprise is a very nice suburb of Phoenix. There is always something new in the neighborhood to look forward to visiting, and it's one of the homes of MLB spring training, so that's a plus.

A suite with too small a fridge and bathroom counter. HVAC fan and bathroom exhaust fan very loud. Staff excellent. Breakfast on of the better I've had at a similar hotel
