The hotel staff is very friendly and made us feel welcomed. The room was comfortable and clean and staff provided free water bottles in our fridge everyday. Overall an excellent stay."

"Overall, we had a great experience staying at this hotel. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout our stay. The mini indoor playground was a big plus, especially for families with young children. It kept our 6-year-old and 3-year-old entertained and busy, which made the trip much more enjoyable for us as parents. Another thoughtful touch was the complimentary water bottles and small snacks that guests could help themselves to. This was especially convenient during our trip and added to the overall experience. The hotel also has a coin-operated laundry facility on-site at a very reasonable cost, which was extremely convenient for us, especially when travelling with young children. The only downside was that our room did not have a refrigerator. However, the front desk was kind enough to store small items for us in their fridge when needed. Since Taiwan is known for its rainy and occasionally typhoon-prone weather, we also really appreciated that the hotel provides umbrellas for guests to borrow free of charge. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and appreciated all the family-friendly and thoughtful amenities the hotel provided. We would definitely consider staying here again."
