"There were stains on the carpet. Everything else was good"

"The hotel staff are very kind and helpful. Room could have been a little cleaner, especially the floors. I walked from bed to bathroom without my slippers and when I got back to the bed, my feet were grossly black. We had a balcony but windows were dirty and you could see mold so we never opened them to go out on the balcony. Room smelled musty and moldy. "

"Check in was quick and hassle free, room was very spacious and comfortable. Breakfast had an abundant verity to choose from. Falmily friendly"

"Inconvenient. We can’t snack nor drink anything by the pool even if we rented two Rooms. We were told not even if we bought it From the coffee shop there, it had to be by the pool bar which didn’t open until 12pm and we were there since 9. We had young children hungry from swimming and the sun."

"The Grind, which is a 24-hour cafe is well stocked and has fresh food daily. I would go there at 5:30 am daily for 2 weeks and see them replace unbought items-meaning that food is always fresh! "

"I honestly did not think it lived up to the price. Room was fairly clean but not great. The bathroom was cleaned very well and had everything you could need. And a + the towels were fresh. The hotel itself is a little outdated and the halls to the rooms need work. Some open rooms with glass views of stored broken beds, chairs……also only one elevator was operational. But all in all the stay was Okay 👍."

"The staff was wonderful. Very professional, very friendly and always helpful. The property itself was disappointing. The hotel is listed as a four star, nothing that I saw warranted such a rating. How much of that had to do with the recent typhoon gives me pause in judging too harshly. The hotel was clean and provided a comfortable place to stay for a couple of days."
