“Front desk staff was very accommodating to someone like me who isn’t fluent in mandarin. They even followed up with me after the trip on a wall charger I accidentally left behind. There were some amenities I didn’t take advantage of such as the laundry center. Overall, excellent service, awesome in-room and hotel amenities and walkable to everything within the Xi’an City Walls.”

The hotel’s location was especially convenient, being close to the Bell Tower (钟楼), which made it easy to access nearby shopping districts and the Muslim Quarter.
