โWe have stayed at a couple of the ownerโs properties in Seattle and this was our favorite. Great quiet, walkable neighborhood with ample parking. Close to amenities within city. Beds are very comfortable - You could sleep for days. โ
โFor me it was a perfect stay. I was visiting a friend and it was a ten minute walk from her apartment. It was clean and comfy. The host was responsive and super nice! I recommend it to my friend, if she has any guests coming over that she wants close. I would stay there again! โ
โThe Courtyard strikes you as new, and the underground parking is a welcome amenity. My room impressed me with its eight sets of lights, a good indicator of its thoughtful design. It featured two comfortable queen beds and a useful sitting area with a pullout couch. Having two Samsung TVs and reliable internet speeds for streaming Netflix was also a bonus. Considering the room rate, I felt I got great value, even if I wished for complimentary breakfast and parking.โ
โMy daughter and I enjoyed staying here very much. This is a unique, well maintained, historic home. Local restaurants and food market are near by, within walking distance. Communication was very easy with the owner.โ
โWe like the convenience of being right off of I-5 and close to Northgate Mall. we would prefer indoor corridors, but the outdoors ones are acceptable.โ
โIn a nutshell, it is a fantastic hotel for a family to stay a few days. Kitchen facility, breakfast, surrounding environments are fine. Only one disappointing point is some ventilating noise from the hotel courtyard through windows, which can be overcome by putting on earplugs.โ
โThe staff are amazing people! The hotel is very nice and itโs located near everything.. we will definitely be staying here when weโre in Seattle!โ
