"For a 4 star, top 100 hotel in the world, there were some experiences I had with it—good and bad. Bad: the WiFi goes in and out quite a bit. Not sure if it’s just a bad connection or too many people using it at once but it has been down for multiple times during our 8 night stay. Make sure to have some shows and movies downloaded. "It’s probably been the best resort we’ve stayed. To resume everything in one word, we’d say IMPECABLE. Everything was just perfect, from the moment we entered the hotel lobby, to the rooms and all areas. Staff is simply incredibly friendly and helpful. The restaurants were just amazing, and the food just delicious. We over indulged every day! The night shows were fantastic. "This hotel has it all! 9 beautiful apartments, privacy, parking across the street. A rental car is quite convenient way up on the mountainside. The roads are narrow in places, like a driveway with winding switchbacks, but it is so worth the drive! The pool is gorgeous and warm, the laundry is 3 Euro for washer and dryer combined. There is a social room with lots of books and a pool table. And let's not forget Pinky, the hotel dog who is happy to see everyone. I can not say enough good things...

"We treated ourselves to a night here while visiting my mum who lives more inland. I remembered how kind and friendly the staff were the previous year when we had a day pass, and they were kind again this year. Our standard room was gorgeous with a huge balcony that the older kids loved. Beautiful grounds, but only one warmer pool..nice chilled out vibe. Felt classy and no queuing for anything, food and drinks of good standard."

"Hotel was really nice and the views from the rooms are spectacular. It does feel a bit dated in places and the food at the buffet was often cold - also not very good at catering for vegetarians as there is a lot of careless cross contamination both by guests and staff. Overall for the lower price for a hotel, did not expect amazing as you get what you pay for and we were happy with the stay for a couple of nights "

"Netter Empfang am Anreisetag. Super Garten/Poolbereich, gute Gemeinschaftseinrichtungen. Keine Wäscheablagemöglichkeit im Kreiderschrank. Sehr muffiger Geruch in allen Räumen. Geschirr nicht sehr sauber, sowie Schimmel in der Kaffeemaschine. Kochfeld sehr klein, Pfannen und Töpfe verbogen. Stöpsel im Waschbecken der Küche fehlte was das Abwaschen schwer machte. Trotz Reklamation keine Abhilfe hier. TV sehr klein und Sofa sehr unbequem. Eigentlich ist es eine super Anlage, vielleicht...
