โThis is one of the coolest hotels we have ever stayed in! It is quirky and brightly decorated. It is in a great location. The food at the restaurant was great! My boys loved the basketball hoop downstairs, and the pool table near the restaurant. We had a great stay!โ
โMy issue is not with the hotel or the staff. My problem is with Travelocity. When I arrived, the hotel had no record of my reservation. When I was finally able to talk to a live person, they didnโt seem to understand that. Finally, they called the hotel while I was standing in the lobby and had to give them my information and pay. I will never use Travelocity again. This hotel is great! Keisha the manager was great! โ
โTucked away in the heart of OTR, this property is a true hidden gem. It's the perfect escape for a unique and romantic getaway right in the city. The staff and innkeepers are wonderfully attentive and truly make you feel at home. An absolute highlight is the authentic Italian restaurant on-site, with a warm ambiance and food that feels like a genuine taste of Italyโnot the usual chain fare. It's an absolute must-visit.!!!โ
โWe booked a double bed room and they assigned us for king and said that they only had a king bed available. We told them we booked a double bed and that we wanted to move into the right bed that we reserved and then the front desk lady was half shouting at us that they cant do anything about this situation.
Then she asked if we wanted a sofa bed which we said yes to because we didnt want to move the hotel we were too tired. And at the end they meant just the sofa, not a sofa bed to sleep on โฆ....
โAubrey at Check-In was warm and welcoming. Walkabilty to cafes, stadiums and restaurants was perfect. Rooms were clean and the rooftop bar had a great view of the fireworks. โ
