"From the moment I arrived, the staff was friendly and helpful. They answered any questions that I had. When I had a concern, the staff followed up and reassured me so I was no longer worried. Shonette was very helpful and made me feel comfortable. If I have to stay close to the ATL Airport again I will choose The Hyatt-South. Thank you Shonette for making my stay amazing!!"

"Staff were very patient and helpful. Upon arriving to the hotel, I phoned to inform them of my late arrival. Night staff ensured they would inform the overnight staff. Check-in was an easy completed task. The room was nice and clean. I would not second guess lodging here again."

"Large hotel that’s well kept and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful including the bar/restaurant downstairs. Only real issue was the parking. There is a lot for self park but it is $7 an hour or $30 for overnight parking, which is a bit ridiculous since the hotel is in a rural area just outside of airport and not in the city. Not sure why the need to itemize parking for an additional fee if Westin already charges more for the higher end hotel stays while other hotels that are literally next door don’t."
