"Beautiful hotel with great staff "

"Near the airport but nice and quiet. There are various buildings with rooms all within a short walk of the breakfast restaurant. A good selection of Asian food freshly cooked and very tasty was available. The pool has many sun loungers and sun beds and a poolside bar. The staff were ultra friendly and helpful. "

The staff were genuinely friendly and attentive, and the service was outstanding from start to finish, especially the delicious breakfast each morning. My room Deluxe King room was perfect, and the hotel went above and beyond to make my solo birthday trip unforgettable, with thoughtful touches like a personalised card, birthday cake, and rose petals. It was a truly special experience that I’ll always remember, and I will definitely be returning to Valia Hotel next time I’m in Bangkok, thankyou."

"Breakfast not included. Elevators were biggest problem, running slow Otherwise this was the perfect stay. Staff is friendly, attentive, great service. I would stay here again. Location is also great with access to ferries up and down the river. Very convenient bc traffic is terrible. "
