"We enjoyed our stay at SO/. The property is close to the MRT and One Bangkok complex. The room was pretty comfortable. The restaurants were expensive. Recommendations for the property. Put some AC in the lobby restrooms and in the elevators. No need to make guests sweat. "

However staff can be more professional for a 5 star hotel, they seem to more friendly to white customer than Asian which is not that great for my POV. e.g the hotel manager hold small talk with the French in the lift but didn’t even acknowledge my existence and say hi, things like that it’s a bit strange.
