"Can’t speak highly enough about this place! The customer service, the details, the beauty! I don’t even have kids, but I wish I did so I can bring them to this place. They’ve dedicated a whole floor with entertainment for all ages of kids including the newest PlayStations, at least 5 of them, an arcade, jungle gym, the pool, the rooftop, the rooms, the views!! I could go on and on! Beautiful place!! 5 STAR ACCOMMODATION!!"

"This hotel is very family, friendly, and very exquisite to stay at. The hotel, very beautiful and the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. The staff helped us book trips, make dinner reservations and provided our transportation. Always helpful always kind. Our room the entire hotel, very clean. I will say the only thing I didn’t care for so much was the lobster buffet. I found the lobster bland. I will say the breakfast buffet was outstanding. We also enjoyed all of the restaurants. My favorite restaurant was the Thai food. My least favorite was the Italian restaurant because I found the staff a little unhelpful in that particular location. This hotel also provides laundry service. They washed our clothes and packaged them in plastic packaging and they looked like brand new clothing. The price is also very reasonable. I also found that this hotel is very safe and they monitor the elevators and I really appreciate that. All hotels should do this."

"Stayed a week at Eleven Hotel. Hotel check-in was quick but the language barrier prevented a chance to upgrade the room. Obvious wear marks around the room as well as mold spots in the shower. Solid four star experience but things could have been a little better. You will be right in the heart of Soi 11 with endless entertainment and both Thai and Western food. Getting taxis in and out of Soi 11 takes an extra 10ish minutes so keep that in mind if you plan on a bunch of taxi/rideshare use."
