"Th staff was amazing! Elizabeth, the lady who worked in the kitchen was friendly, outgoing, and wonderful. I don’t know who worked the front desk but she was awesome too! So was the guy that took care of the kayaks! The whole staff was helpful and kind! I’ll be back!"

"The room was clean and the staff was very friendly with us. The breakfast hours had been great because are 6:00 to 10:00 so we love it. The housekeeping was friendly and went every day so the room was very clean ❤️❤️❤️"

"Perfect for families. Nice, neat, fresh clean rooms & a bathroom you can actually move around in. Shower comes supplied w conditioner/shampoo/bodywash. Sink has ample room for guests toiletries. The mattresses were very comfortable & the pillows were perfectly firm & puffy. The hotel smelled clean & was bright. The pool area was extremely clean & well kept. I have no complaints aside from how incredibly small the parking lot in comparison to the size of the hotel. 5 stars! *****"

"The staff was very friendly, and the breakfast was enjoyable. They were doing construction on the property, and the pool was not available. I feel like our sheets were dirty, and there was sand inside of them, but other than that, everything else seemed to be pretty clean."

"During cooler evenings and days in March, the hot tub was used as the kiddie pool even though there is an indoor pool. Children were using goggles in the hot tub. At one point there were 17 people in the hot tub, hotel needs wrist bands too to ensure paying individuals belong there. There was no oversight, Hilton can pony up and heat the pool, other hotels manage it. "

"The hotel couldn't be in a better location- you cannot beat being right on the beach and the hotel pool setup. Staff, especially Jaxson, was top-notch. Some of the best customer service I have ever had in any industry. Brought my 9 year-old daughter and she was in heaven. Only real issue is that some of the tv's in the lobby restaurant were turned to tv-14 programs during dinner time. Other than that, a really great family-friendly hotel with some amazing people at the front desk. Thank you for taking such good care of us."
