It was clean and felt very safe as well. Loved our stay the bed was big enough for two people which I was worried it wouldn’t be. The location was calm and the imperial palace is so close by lived my stay in Jimbocho overall it was great!
The staff were amazing and helped us with anything we needed, always going above and beyond!! The location is also really handy, quiet and away from the hustle and bustle but walking distance to a lot! The beds were comfortable and the wifi was sufficient! Would absolutely stay again!
The location was very convenient, close to the train, walkable to the Tokyo dome if you have kids, fun place with bowling and skating and roller coasters. The breakfast soup is really yummy, if you are gluten free, th rest if plan white bread. The staff is a mixture of really kind and helpful people, or cold and almost rude staff. The place is kept impeccably clean and they give you robes and slippers in each room.
This place was perfect for my family of 4. The rooms were adequate size. The showers and toilets were always clean, good water pressure for the shower. The front desk was 24hours and very willing to help when we needed them. Their english was excellent and they were easy to understand. The cafe was open early, had excellent coffee and breakfast items available for us. We ate supper there twice as well - their food was delicious and extremely reasonably priced. The outdoor seating was wonderful as well. The location is perfect - really close to A LOT of good food and close the Tokyo Metro. Walkable area. Just very very pleased with this hostel experience. Would definitely stay here again.
Closed to station, sharing 2bathroom for my floor. Good enough for us. Old but clean. Staffs are nice. Breakfast has bread and veggie soup.
It is tiny room, can't open 2luggages in the same time
Clean and convenient. Family of 5 stayed in the family room. Room was spacious enough, Beds and pillows were a bit hard, but that’s Japan. Free breakfast was a big positive, although basic still great. Close walk to station, restaurants and convenience stores. Only negative was we were on the 5th floor of the annex building that does not have a lift.
Would recommend.
We enjoyed our 10 day stay at Sakura Hotel. My family and I felt safe and comfortable.
The room cleaning service was provided every day. The Breakfast included unlimited toast, coffee, tea and soup pf the day. For us was perfect. Around the area were McDonald’s, convenient stores like 7-11 and smart family.
We will definitely comeback to Sakura Hotel.
Staff always friendly and welcoming. Thank you Sakura Hotel and staff for this wonderful experience.
We loved staying at this hotel. The check-in was quick and easy. We rented a couple towels for just 100 yen each. We were worried when we first arrived because the room was super hot but when we cranked up the AC it cooled right down. The hallways are not air conditioned but that wasn't a big deal. We loved spending each morning eating some of the included toast and jam in the cafe and planning our day. The hotel was very close to the Jimbocho station which has multiple subway lines and is in the center of Tokyo so very convenient to get anywhere.

Staff if super nice and it's super central to be around the main spots, but I thought it was a lot more clean than it was (for all the people that are in the structure) compared to other hostels I've been in Japan and for the quality of Japan cleaning wise.
