"Deeply appreciate the helpfulness, friendliness, professionalism attitude of the staff! My wife lost my credit card in a shopping mall and the staff tried their very best to help on the incident and we finally got the credit card back!
Also, the hotel is new, clean, good facilities and very close to main attractions like Harajuku (walking distance), Shibuya (2 Stations), Shinjuku (3~5 stations), etc.
Most importantly, with the similar price range, the room size is considerably big comparing to other tokyo hotels!
